Zubereitung
- Chop the cheese and freeze slightly. Place the frozen cheese and other ingredients in a mincer and process to a paste.
- Do not allow the mixture to become too warm in preparation.
- Spread the pizza cheese topping onto dough of choice, and add topping as required.
