  • 12 EA Blätterteig, Cut into 2” X 4”
  • 8 OZ QimiQ Whip Konditorcreme, glatt geschlagen
  • 8 OZ Frischkäse
  • 6 OZ Fruchtpüree Himbeere
  • 2 EL Kristallzucker
  • 0.5 Tasse(n) Himbeere(n), frisch
  • 0.25 Tasse(n) Chambord
  • 0.5 Tasse(n) Staubzucker
Zubereitung
1.

Set the oven to 350. Place the Puff Pastry on a sheet pan and cook till risen and golden brown – About 12 minutes.

In a mixer, whip the QimiQ smooth – Add the Cream Cheese, Raspberry Puree, Granulated Sugar, Raspberries & Chambord.

3.

Mix all the ingredients till fully incorporated – Place the filling in a piping bag.

4.

Top 8 of the puff pastry pieces evenly with the raspberry mousse.

5.

Layer them by stacking two of the mousse topped puff pastry pieces, then top with the single untopped piece.

6.

Dust with powdered sugar.
