Ingredients
For 50 Tartlets
250g
QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
125g
Strawberry fruit puree
125g
Quark 20 % fat
40g
Sugar
20ml
Peppermint syrup
20ml
Lemon juice
Preparation
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth, ensuring that the complete mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue to whip until the required volume has been achieved.
- Pipe the mousse into the tartlets, decorate as required and serve.
