QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled

Chocolate cups, 36 g each
Preparation
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (bottom and sides of bowl).
- Add the sugar, corn syrup, milk, Kahlua and instant coffee and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
- Fold in the chocolate drops, fill into the chocolate cups and freeze for approx. 3 hours.
- Allow the parfait to soften for approx. 20 minutes before serving.
