QimiQ Classic, unchilled
100g
Natural yoghurt
1ea
Lemon(s), juice only
4tbsp
Sugar
250g
Mango(es), pureed
1ea
Lemon(s), finely grated zest
Mint , to decorate
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
- Add the mango and mix well.
- Pour the cream into small moulds (or coffee cups) and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
- Tip out of the moulds to serve and decorate with lemon peel and fresh mint leaves.
