Ingredients

250g
QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
60ml
Milk
3tbsp
Sugar
1tsp
Rum
100g
Chocolate, melted
250ml
Whipping cream 36 % fat, whipped
Preparation
Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth and ensure that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
Add the milk, sugar, cream and rum. Continue to whip until the required volume has been achieved.
Fold in the melted chocolate.
Fill into moulds and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
