QimiQ Classic, unchilled
1tsp
Instant coffee powder
20g
Sugar
50ml
Amaretto
100g
Mascarpone
80g
Cocoa powder
300g
White chocolate, melted
Cocoa powder, to roll
Preparation
- Slighlty warm the Amaretto, add the coffee granules and sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Add the Amaretto mixture, mascarpone and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Fold in the melted chocolate and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Store chilled.
