Ingredients

For 6 portions

  • 540g

    Puff pastry[Tante Fanny], = 2 packages

  • For the filling

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic Vanilla, unchilled

  • 125g

    Natural yoghurt

  • 70g

    Sugar

  • 0.5

    Lemon(s), squeezed

  • 125ml

    Cream 36 % fat, whipped

Preparation

  1. Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 210° C (convection oven) and cover greased cone forms (or similar) with the pastry. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes and allow to cool.

  3. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill.
  5. Pipe the cream into the pastry rolls / cones and dust with icing sugar.

Hints

  • The QimiQ Classic Vanilla can be replaced by QimiQ Classic Original and vanilla sugar / essence.
