Cream Filled Pastry Cones

Ingredients for 6 portions
  • 540 g Puff pastry[Tante Fanny], = 2 packages
  • For the filling
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic Vanilla, unchilled
  • 125 g Natural yoghurt
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 0.5 Lemon(s), squeezed
  • 125 ml Cream 36 % fat, whipped
Method
1.
Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.

Preheat the oven to 210° C (convection oven) and cover greased cone forms (or similar) with the pastry. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes and allow to cool.

Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
4.
Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill.
5.
Pipe the cream into the pastry rolls / cones and dust with icing sugar.
