For the filling

QimiQ Classic Vanilla, unchilled

Natural yoghurt

Sugar

Lemon(s), squeezed

Cream 36 % fat, whipped
Preparation
- Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
Preheat the oven to 210° C (convection oven) and cover greased cone forms (or similar) with the pastry. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes and allow to cool.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill.
- Pipe the cream into the pastry rolls / cones and dust with icing sugar.
Hints
- The QimiQ Classic Vanilla can be replaced by QimiQ Classic Original and vanilla sugar / essence.
