Ingredients for 341 g
  • 200 g Sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 80 g QimiQ Classic
  • 20 g Olive paste
  • 4 g Salt
  • 1 g Cayenne pepper
  • 3.6 g Starch Novation 4600
Method
1.
Dice the potatoes and cook until soft.
2.
Add the QimiQ Classic and curry paste and blend smooth. Season to taste and bind with the starch.
