Butter
125ml
White wine
500ml
Clear vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Ground nutmeg

Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1tbsp
Chives, finely chopped
1tbsp
Lovage, finely chopped
Preparation
Fry the onions in butter. Douse with white wine and vegetable stock.
Allow to simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Blend the soup, using an immersion blender. Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base.
Seaon to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the parsley, chives and loveage.
