Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 125 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 150 g Cucumber(s), finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Apple vinegar
  • 0.5 Garlic clove(s), crushed
  • Salt and pepper
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and season to taste.
