Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 180 g Tuna, tinned in oil
  • 1 Red pepper(s), finely diced
  • 50 g Sour cream 15 % fat
  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 Lemon(s), juice only
Method
1.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly whisk in the oil from the tuna until the mixture has emulsified.

Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and season to taste.

Tip: Serve with freshly grated horseradish.
