  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 400 g Waxy potatoes, peeled and cooked, cold [überkühlt]
  • 100 g Sour cream 15 % fat
  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed powder
  • Marjoram, finely chopped
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
