For the garlic butter

QimiQ Classic, unchilled

Butter, softened

Garlic clove(s), crushed

Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Preparation
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
- For the garlic butter: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Add the butter and whisk with the hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
- Spread the garlic butter onto both halves. Place the baguette on aluminium foil and grill for approx. 7 minutes.
