Whipped Iced Orange Coffee

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 2 tbsp Instant coffee powder
  • 150 ml Water, hot
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 320 g Vanilla ice cream
  • To decorate
  • 125 ml Cream 36 % fat, whipped
  • Chocolate coffee beans
Method
1.
Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar in hot water and allow to cool.

Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the coffee and orange juice and mix well.
3.
Dice the vanille ice cream, add to the QimiQ mixture and mix well.
4.
Divide equally into chilled iced coffee glasses, top with whipped cream and coffee beans and serve immediately.
