Ingredients

For 2 x 0.5 litre iSi Gourmet Whip

  • For the Vodka topping

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, unchilled

  • 100ml

    Milk

  • 50g

    Sugar

  • 100ml

    Vodka

  • For the coffee topping

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip Coffee, unchilled

  • 100ml

    Espresso coffee, chilled

  • 100ml

    Coffee liqueur

Preparation

  1. For the Vodka topping: blend the ingredients smooth and pour into one 0.5 litre iSi Gourmet Whip bottle.
  2. For the coffee topping: blend the ingredients smooth and pour into one 0.5 litre iSi Gourmet Whip bottle.
  3. Screw in one charger into each bottle, shake well and pipe in alternate layers into a cocktail glass.
