Ingredients
For 1 x 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip
250g
QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, unchilled
300ml
Pineapple juice
200ml
Coconut milk
100ml
White Rum
100g
Sugar syrup
Preparation
- Blend the ingredients together until smooth and pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip.
- Screw in 2 chargers, shake well and pipe into cocktail glasses.
