Strawberries
130 ml
Sugar syrup
50 ml
Lemon juice
80 ml
Rum
Method
1.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip.

Screw in 2 chargers, shake well and pipe into cocktail glasses.
