Slice(s) of pumpernickel bread, without crust
For the cream
500g
QimiQ Classic, unchilled
300g
Cream cheese
200g
Smoked salmon
1ea
Lemon(s), juice only
2tbsp
Olive oil
2tsp
Horseradish, freshly grated
1pinch(es)
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- For the salmon cream: mix all the ingredients together with an immersion blender.
- Cut the bread into circles.
Spread the mixture onto 2 circles of bread (approx. 1 cm thick) and place one on top of the other.
- Cover with a third slice of bread and press gently.
- Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
