Waxy potatoes, medium sized

QimiQ Classic, unchilled

Cream cheese

Smoked salmon, cut into strips

Red onion(s), finely chopped

Preparation
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes until soft in salted water. Allow to cool.
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the middle.
- Add the potato to the QimiQ mixture, mix well and then spread onto the potato halves.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
