Fresh savoury shortcrust pastry
For the filling

QimiQ Classic, unchilled

Gervais, unflavoured

Parmesan, grated
Lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
1tsp
Salt

Corn flour / starch
100g
Sweet corn, tinned and drained
1tsp
Curry powder

Pineapple, diced

Shrimps, ready to eat

Red pepper(s), diced

Cilantro, fresh
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (conventional oven).
- Roll the pastry out on a lightly floured surface and cut Ø 7 cm large circles out of it.
- For the filling: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients (except the peppers and cilantro) and mix well.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the filling onto each circle of dough and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Serve garnished with diced pepper and coriander.
