Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (conventional oven).
- For the stuffing: fry the mushrooms, peas and ham in the butter.
- Add the QimiQ Sauce Base and milk and pour the warm mixture over the diced bread. Allow to rest for approx. 10 minutes. Add the flour, eggs and herbs and mix well.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and thyme. Stuff with the bread mixture and close the opening.
- Roast in the preheated oven for approx. 1 hour and baste the chicken regurlarly.
