Ingredients for 750 g
  • 125 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 25 g Capers, finely chopped
  • 40 g Onion(s), finely sliced
  • 5 g Chives, finely sliced
  • 5 g Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 g Potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced
  • 150 g Tuna in oil, drained
Method
1.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the cream cheese, capers, onions, chives and parsley and mix well.
3.
Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Fold in the potatoes and tuna.
