Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (convection oven).
- Mix the QimiQ Cream Base until smooth with the melted butter, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and salt until stiff.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, custard powder and grated almonds and quickly fold into the QimiQ mixture. Carefully fold in the whisked egg whites.
- Pour the dough into a greased lamb cake tin and bake for approx. 35 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: Dust with icing sugar before serving.
