- For the meat balls
- 125g - QimiQ Classic, unchilled 
- 2tbsp - Rapeseed oil 
- 700g - Minced beef 
- 100g - Onion(s), finely sliced 
- 20g - Garlic, finely chopped 
- 70g - BBQ sauce 
- 2ea - Egg(s) 
- 30g - White bread crumbs 
- 1pinch(es) - Salt 
- 1pinch(es) - Black pepper, freshly ground 
- For the BBQ dip sauce
- 125g - QimiQ Classic, unchilled 
- 40g - Tomato ketchup 
- 50g - BBQ sauce 
- 1pinch(es) - Salt 
- 1pinch(es) - Black pepper, freshly ground 
- 80g - Sweet corn, tinned and drained 
- 80g - Apple(s), diced 
- 80g - Red pepper(s), diced 
- 40g - Spring onion(s), finely sliced 
Preparation
- For the meat balls: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly add the oil and whisk until emulsified.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form balls out of the mixture and grill on middle heat from all sides.
- For the BBQ dip sauce: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the ketchup and BBQ sauce and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste and serve with the meat balls.
