Preparation
- For the cocktail sauce: place the QimiQ Classic, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, horseradish, brandy, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the shrimps. Add the avocado and red pepper.
- Garnish with salad leaves and serve.
