Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 120 °C (air circulation).
- Mix the QimiQ Cream Base with the remaining ingredients.
- Fill the mixture into moulds and bake in the preheated oven in a water bath for approx. 60 minutes until firm.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a mini blow torch or under a hot grill.
