Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (air circulation).
- Mix the QimiQ Cream Base with the remaining ingredients.
- Fill the mixture into moulds and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar and caramelise with a mini blow torch or under a hot grill.
