Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 500g

    QimiQ Cream Base

  • 260ml

    Milk

  • 260ml

    Whipping cream 36 % fat

  • 8

    Egg yolk(s)

  • 180g

    Sugar

  • 20g

    Vanilla sugar

  • 2small pinch(es)

    Cinnamon, ground

  • 4small pinch(es)

    Gingerbread spice

  • 1

    Orange(s), finely grated zest

  • 4cl

    Amaretto

  • Brown sugar, to caramelise

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (air circulation).
  2. Mix the QimiQ Cream Base with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Fill the mixture into moulds and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and caramelise with a mini blow torch or under a hot grill.
