For the chocolate nut cake

Preparation
- For the chocolate nut cake: whisk the butter until fluffy. Slowly add the egg yolks and continue to whisk until fluffy.
- Add the QimiQ Cream Base, hazelnuts and melted chocolate and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy and fold into the mixture.
- Spread the pastry onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approx. 35 minutes.
- For the vanilla cream: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic Vanilla smooth. Add the cream, vanilla pulp and sugar and whik on middle speed until stiff.
- Portion the cake. Fill the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the cake.
