Preparation
- For the filling: mix the QimiQ Sauce Base with the remaining ingredients together well. Season to taste.
- Spread the pizza dough with the filling and roll into a roulade.
- Slice into pinwheels of about 4-5 cm thickness and place into greased muffin moulds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C (conventional oven) for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
