For 1 x 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip
250g
QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, unchilled
350ml
Whipping cream 36 % fat
200g
Dark chocolate (40-60 % cocoa), melted
70g
Sugar
40ml
Rum
Preparation
- Blend all of the ingredients in a liquidizer and strain through a fine sieve.
- Pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip bottle and screw in two chargers. Shake well and allow to chill for approx. 30 minutes.
- Shake well and serve.
