Preparation
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip with the QimiQ Classic together until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
- Slowly incorporate the sugar while whipping at high speed.
- Add the lemon juice, milk and mascarpone and continue to whip until the required volume has been achieved.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill until needed. Gently stir before serving.
