Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 500g

    QimiQ Whip Coffee, chilled

  • 400g

    Pears, tinned and drained

  • 150g

    Caramel syrup

Preparation

  1. Whip the cold QimiQ Whip Coffee until the required volume has been achieved.
  2. Pipe into glasses and decorate with the pears and caramel syrup. Allow to chill.
