Preparation
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified.
- Add the tahini paste, corn, spices and lime juice and whisk until smooth.
- Garnish with jalapenos, coriander and sweet peppadew and drizzle with olive oil.
