Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 150 g Sour cream 15 % fat
  • 2 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
Method
1.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk well. Season to taste.
