For the creamy herb sauce: sauté the onions in butter and deglaze with white wine. Add the vegetable stock and QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to the boil. Season to taste and add the herbs.
For the bulgur wheat: sauté the onions in oil. Add the bulgur wheat and vegetable stock and simmer until soft. Season to taste.
