    Apple(s), peeled

  • 100g

    Celery

  • 50g

    Spinach

    Kiwi , peeled

  • 250ml

    Water

  • 50ml

    Lemon juice

  • 20g

    Sugar

  • 15g

    Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients together into a mixing beaker and blend smooth using an immersion blender.
