Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 125g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 250g

    Plain yogurt

  • 120g

    Oat flakes

  • 60g

    Plums, dried, coarsely chopped

  • 60g

    Dried apricots, coarsely chopped

  • 50ml

    Orange juice

  • Lemon juice

  • 2tbsp

    Honey

  • Sweetener, as required

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
  2. Add the yoghurt, oat flakes, prunes, apricots, orange juice, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
  3. Sweeten with sweetener if required.
