Ingredients

For 1 x 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip

  • 100g

    QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, unchilled

  • 400ml

    Pineapple juice

  • 200ml

    Coconut milk

  • 200ml

    White Rum

  • 100g

    Sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth and pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip.
  2. Screw in 2 chargers, shake well and pipe into cocktail glasses.
