Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • For the burgers

  • 600g

    Minced beef

  • 1ea

    Onion(s), finely sliced

  • 60g

    Butter

  • 1ea

    Egg(s)

  • 2tbsp

    Bread crumbs

  • 1tbsp

    Flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • For the coleslaw

  • 125g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 60ml

    Vegetable oil

  • 20ml

    Apple vinegar

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt

  • 1pinch(es)

    Black pepper, freshly ground

  • 300g

    White cabbage, finely shredded

  • 100g

    Carrot(s), peeled

Preparation

  1. For the burgers: sauté the onion in butter and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Shape into burgers and pan fry in hot oil.
  2. For the coleslaw: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Quickly whisk in the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the marinade to the shredded vegetables and season to taste.
  3. Serve the mini burgers with the coleslaw.
