Pumpkin seed oil

Tarragon mustard
40ml
White balsamic vinegar

Pumpkin seeds, chopped
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly whisk in the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
