Ingredients

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 2

    Mango(es), peeled, cored

  • 150ml

    Orange juice

  • 200g

    Natural yoghurt

  • 90g

    Sugar

  • 400ml

    Coconut milk

  • 0.5

    Lemon(s), finely grated zest

  • 2

    Lemon(s), juice only

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into glasses, decorate as required and serve.

Hints

  • Buttermilk can be used instead of coconut milk.
