Gnocchi [small potato dumplings], cooked

Leaf spinach
For the cheese and cream sauce

QimiQ Cream Base

Cheese, grated

White wine
Salt and pepper
Ground nutmeg, ground
Preparation
- For the cheese sauce: mix the ingredients together and bring to the boil.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and the leaf spinach.
- Garnish as required and serve.
Hints
- Vegetable stock can be used instead of white wine.
