QimiQ Cream Base

Chanterelles

Garlic clove(s), finely chopped

Onion(s), finely sliced

Olive oil
125ml
White wine
1pinch(es)
Salt

Black pepper, freshly ground
1bunch(es)
Chives, finely chopped
Preparation
- Sauté the chanterelles, garlic and onions in hot oil and douse with the white wine.
- Add the QimiQ Cream Base. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Season to taste.
- Garnish with the chives and serve.
Tip: Serve with bread dumplings.
