Ingredients

For 1000 g

  • 100g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 200g

    Tuna, tinned in oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Lemon juice

  • 50g

    Sweet pepper(s), finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly whisk in the oil from the tuna. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
  2. Chill well and stir before serving.
