Ingredients for 6 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 300 g Toffifee®
  • 3 tbsp Icing sugar, sieved
  • 300 ml Whipping cream 36 % fat, whipped
Method
1.
Cut Toffifee® into small pieces and melt 3/4 of it over steam.
2.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the icing sugar and melted Toffifee® and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream.
3.
Pipe into glasses and decorate with the remaining Toffifee®. Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
