
Ingredients
For 30 servings
- 250g - QimiQ Classic 
- 300g - White chocolate 
- 180g - Coconut oil 
- 80g - Coconut flakes 
- 4tsp - Coconut liqueur 
- 30g - Almonds, peeled 
- 100g - Coconut flakes, to roll 
Preparation
- Melt the QimiQ Classic with the white chocolate and coconut fat over steam.
- Add the coconut flakes and coconut liqueur and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to deep freeze until solid.
- Portion the mixture with a teaspoon, place 1 almond into each measure and roll into a ball.
- Roll the balls in the remaining coconut flakes and store frozen.
