Ingredients

For 60 pieces

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic

  • 200g

    Butter

  • 200g

    Powdered sugar

  • 300g

    Chocolate

  • 160ml

    Rum

  • 200g

    Hazelnuts, grated

  • 200g

    Coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Melt the QimiQ Classic with the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and rum over steam.

  2. Add the grated hazelnuts and 2/3 of the dessicated coconut and mix well. Freeze the mass for approx. 1 hour. Until the mass becomes solid.

  3. Portion with a teaspoon and roll into small balls.
  4. Roll in the remaining coconut flakes and store chilled.

  5. Tip: Refine with cinnamon or orange zest.
