Melt the QimiQ Classic with the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and rum over steam.
Melt the QimiQ Classic with the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and rum over steam.
Add the grated hazelnuts and 2/3 of the dessicated coconut and mix well. Freeze the mass for approx. 1 hour. Until the mass becomes solid.
Roll in the remaining coconut flakes and store chilled.
Tip: Refine with cinnamon or orange zest.
