Rum and Coconut Pralines

Ingredients for 60 pieces
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Chocolate
  • 160 ml Rum
  • 200 g Hazelnuts, grated
  • 200 g Coconut flakes
Method
1.

Melt the QimiQ Classic with the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and rum over steam.

2.

Add the grated hazelnuts and 2/3 of the dessicated coconut and mix well. Freeze the mass for approx. 1 hour. Until the mass becomes solid.

Portion with a teaspoon and roll into small balls.
4.

Roll in the remaining coconut flakes and store chilled.

Tip: Refine with cinnamon or orange zest.
