Orange(s), finely grated zest

For the ladyfingers

Cocoa powder, to dust
Preparation
For the cream: Whip the chilled QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5-6 °C) with the orange peel in a mixer or hand mixer on the highest setting for
approx. 2 minutes.
Fold the melted chocolate into half of the cream.
Line the bottom of a bowl with ladyfingers. Mix the milk with the rum
and drizzle over the ladyfingers. Spread the light and dark cream alternately onto the ladyfingers until both creams and the ladyfingers have been used. The top layer should always be cream.
Chill for about 30 minutes (at 5-6°C) before serving dust with cocoa
powder.
