For the parika ebly

QimiQ Classic, chilled
125g
Ebly Tender Wheat
500ml
Clear vegetable stock

Red pepper(s), finely diced
Basil, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
For the perch fillet
600g
Pike perch fillet
3tbsp
Sunflower oil
Lemon juice
Preparation
- Bring the Ebly Tender Wheat in the vegetable soup to the boil, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the red pepper and season to taste.
- Warm the QimiQ Classic in a saucepan. Add the basil, salt and pepper and blend until frothy.
Fry the pike perch fillets in the oil and drizzle with the lemon juice.
Serve with the Tender Wheat and basil cream.
